  • 2 Pet Maximum Per Apartment
  • Weight Maximum 50 lbs Per Pet
  • Provide Shot/Vaccination Records
  • 1 Pet Deposit Fee: $250 Deposit + $100 Fee
  • 2 Pet Deposit Fee: $450 Deposit + $150 Fee
  • Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet
